Children are grouped by age to facilitate interaction among peers with similar developmental levels. Well-rounded activities are designed to stimulate physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Our programs focus on hands-on active learning, with an interactive component between home and school. 




Nursery

6 Weeks–14 Months

With a team of dedicated and experienced staff, we strive to create a safe and inclusive space where children can flourish academically and socially while growing in their spiritual journey. From homework assistance to engaging enrichment activities, we aim to foster a love for learning and personal growth within the framework of our faith. Through group projects, arts and crafts, and outdoor play, we encourage kids to explore their talents and develop essential life skills while building lasting friendships based on shared values. At First Presbyterian Church’s Child Enrichment Center, we are committed to helping children thrive both academically and spiritually, setting the stage for a bright and promising future.

Summer Program

Summer Encounters (Kindergarden-5th grade)

Welcome to the Summer Program at First Presbyterian Church, located in Anderson, SC, that provides a faith-based and exciting summer experience for kindergarten through fifth graders. Our summer program is designed to provide a fun and educational environment that combines learning with adventure. With a team of dedicated and experienced staff, we create a safe and inclusive space where children can explore a wide range of activities, from outdoor adventures and arts and crafts to themed workshops and weekly field trips. At our Summer Program, we aim to nurture each child’s curiosity and creativity, helping them develop new skills, forge lasting friendships, and create cherished memories. We strive to instill important life lessons within the framework of our faith, ensuring that every child has a joyful and meaningful summer break filled with purpose and connection.

Monthly Tuition:

  • $165 per week

A yearly registration fee and non-refundable supply fee are required at the time of enrollment for all programs. Fees are due every year at the time of enrollment.

At FPCEC we offer full-time daycare programs for ages 6 weeks – 4K. This includes a nursery, a mobiles class, a toddler class, and 2k, 3k, and 4k.

AT FPCEC we are blessed to have a wonderful staff. However, we always like to have qualified applicants on file. If interested please click here to submit an application.

Summer Encounters is our elementary-aged summer program. It is for children who just completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. Our summer program is a wonderful day camp that includes field trips, special lunch days, learning activities, and more. The kids always have a blast! 

We ecourage all families to schedule a tour to see just how wonderful of a center First Pres Child Enrichment Center. With qualified and loving teachers, appropriate learning curriculum, and a safe environment, we can’t think of a better school for your child! 

FPCEC is a full-time child enrichment center that only offers 5 days a week. Our hours are between 7:20am-5:30pm, however, you can drop off anytime before 9:00 and pick up your child, whenever you’d like!
